Getting Started with Tumble In The Jungle

Tumble In The Jungle is another terrific slot from Yggdrasil. It's a cascade slot with 20 paylines, where each line is accounted for every bet size. The reels consist of a grid of 5 reels and 3 rows, making for a total of 15 symbols in play each turn. The theme of Tumble In The Jungle is a rainforest in disarray where different ape species are duking it out for who will reign supreme in the jungle.

This becomes apparent very quickly, as one of its mechanics is the so-called “wild fight” mechanic – where different ape species (such as orangutan versus gorilla) will fight it out over who will control the reels for a given spin. How it works

Tumble In The Jungle is what we call a “Cascade” slot type, meaning that once a winning pattern is achieved, the symbols will be removed from the reels and new symbols will fall into place to fill out the playing grid. This is the main mechanic for Tumble In The Jungle, as gaining the “free spin bonus round” depends on how many times the reels trigger new symbols to fall into the grid. At the bottom of the screen, we can see the bonus indicator – there are a total of 9 prizes where we will progressively move up the reward track for each win that triggers a new cascade of symbols. The reward tracker is reset on every spin, so the goal here is to achieve as many re-spins as possible during one wager.

The first 3 slots in this reward track are empty during normal play, but if you wish to wager another 50% of your bet, you can enable “Encore Mode”. The forcing of the wild fight will increase our odds of receiving winning patterns that, in turn, will cause more cascading of the reels. It’s important to note here that during a free spin round, our odds of having cascades are increased, which means, in turn, that it's easier to pick up more rewards (free spins) from the reward tracker as it's still available during the free spin round. For the “Mega Free spin round”, it's the same as a regular free spin round, but it has higher odds of causing winning patterns.
